What to write to us about

• A result that looks wrong. Tell us what you expected and why. If a manufacturer's bag, a supplier or a contractor gave you a different number, include it.
• Data corrections. If a bag size, yield or source link has changed, send us the new data sheet or page and we'll update it.
• Missing shapes or features. Tell us what you're pouring and what the calculator couldn't handle.
• Problems using the site. Something hard to read, hard to tap or not working on your phone or browser.
• Privacy questions about what the site stores or collects.

How to report a calculation

The quickest way for us to see exactly what you entered is a share link. Under the result, select Share link, paste the link into your email, and tell us which number looks off. The link holds every dimension and setting, but no personal information.

It also helps to mention the unit system you used (US or metric) and, for a problem with the site itself, your device and browser.

What we can't help with

We don't sell concrete or take orders, and we can't give advice for a specific structure, such as how thick a footing must be, whether a slab needs reinforcement, or what your local code requires. For those questions, please talk to a local contractor, a structural engineer or your building department. For prices and delivery, contact your supplier directly; the calculator's "Copy order message" button gives you a ready-to-send note with the quantity.
